Issues in English 2

Issues in English 2 is a learning software program for students who are studying English as a second language, It has really clear window when you open it. You can see four kinds of levels and 7 topics. We can choose whatever level and topic that we want. It is really helpful for English learner from different level, and practice English in different situation. After you click on topic, you can see the video in the middle, and there are many button around the video, whenever you can play or pause the video, but I think the video is not very clear. On the right, you can see six practices which are Getting start, Listening, Vocabulary, Grammar, Pronunciation and Writing. It is almost include all of English practices and people can practice whatever part they want. The first part is Getting start, you should drag the best answer to the question into the balloon after listening, It will show you how many information you have gotten and help you understand more. The second part is Listening, you need to listen and correct the wrong words, I think it is not interesting. Next part is vocabulary, I think it is the most important part, because you can learn many new words and use it in the sentences. Grammar activities looks very boring but it will help a lot. Pronunciation activities can help a lot with speaking English, you can click a word then record the word. Writing activities is really boring because it takes a lot of time from you to write an article. 

Turning points and Achievements of Nelson Mandela

Turning points
- became increasingly aware of the unjust nature of South African Society.

He helped to keep other Men’s spirits high and never compromised his political principles when offered earlt release
- Mendela is a man of principle, he stick to his political. Even though he was arrested in the notorious prison, he didn’t forget to help other people, then he set up the ANC institution to complement the anti-racism struggle of the exiled ANC.

With the development of internet, more and more people use it, it makes our life more convenient, we can do many things Online. But sometimes it is bad, especially for children, they don’t know what is cyber-safety, however, they will become victims of internet predators and bullies, but how can we protect our children? I think children should learn about cyber-safety in the school, parents also need pay attention to their children when they surf the internet, we can also control children’s device so they only go to secure websites.

We need to prepare for the Internet of Things

Internet is really important for us. It makes our life more convenient. But we should ready for the Internet of Things. On the other hand, internet connect our privacy things, and it may has some problems with the explosion in the number of connected devices. So, we need to prepare for the internet of Things.
